We collect the information which include the level of personnel composition and organization type, and the outflow situation of personnel in different regions , different levels and different types of institutions of professional public health institutions in 2016 and 2020 .The outflow rate of professional public health institutions in Jiangsu province in 2020 was higher than that in 2016, and the outflow rate of professional public health institutions at provincial and municipal levels was lower than that at district and county levels. According to the types of institutions, the overall personnel outflow rate is from high to low in maternal and child health centers, specialized disease prevention and control centers , blood collection and supply institutions, disease prevention and control centers and emergency centers. According to the level of economic development, In 2020, the outflow rate of professional public health institutions in Jiangsu province was 4.15% in central Jiangsu province, 3.75% in north Jiangsu Province and 3.68% in south Jiangsu Province. Institutions of public health professionals in Jiangsu province present a tendency of increase rate of outflow, rate of outflow is generally higher than the provincial district organization, the change of outflow rate of the centers for disease control and prevention is stable, specialized subject hospital and disease control and prevention and health care of women and children personnel outflow question remains relatively serious, professional public health agencies should establish stability mechanism.
