Based on the theory of micro-power Foucault and Garfunkel ordinary methodology by field observations from three different doctors and patients in a hospital outpatient department exchange occurs,we put the power policy into concrete negotiations during the discussion,and careful study three powers of the medical side of the three powers to shape strategy and the risk of side breakthrough strategy. Then we summarize the order that exists between them and relativity laws to reshape a harmonious doctor-patient relationship to provide inspiration.
