The article discussed the important function of medical history in humanistic education in medical university. From the investigation it showed the need of medical education, and from the analysis of the situation in medical education overseas and internal, still combining the investigation, pointed out the defect and the promotion of the medical history, in order to make more important function in humanistic education.
