There were a lot of bright spots in the report “the advice regarding to deepening reform of the medical and health”, which was announced in mid-October, in order to ask for the precious suggestions from the public. Among the report, the most prominent idea was to emphasize that the new round of reform in China should stick to government-led medical reform which not only decided by the nature of government and the task of the reform, but also directly responsed to the objective realities in the field of medical health such as the obvious disparities of public welfare, economy and society. The author suggested that government-led idea should promote the government to change the functions during the process of building a service-oriented government, fundamentally solve the problem which medical treatment was difficult and expensive.
