As?moral?assurance?of?application?of?law,judicial?ethics?is?indispensable?to?construction?of?law.?In?view?of?dimensions,performances?of?judicial?ethics?reflect?on?two?levels:?pursuing?judicial?justice?far?from?judicial?corruption?and?faithfulness?to?the?law,and?complying?with?the?law.?In?terms?of?conditions?of?realization,judicial?ethics?requires?not?only?good?personnel?ethics?of?justice?workers?who?count?the?judicial?wisdom?as?the?higher?value,but?also?the?lead?of?the?consensus?of?academia?and?judiciary?value?system.
