Alternative dispute resolution has played an important role in solving civil disputes depending on its inherent advantage. There are lots of difficulties on developing alternative dispute resolution in medical disputes in China. The correct developing path of alternative dispute resolution in medical disputes would be found only when Chinese culture background were taken into account.
