Comprehensive and systematic physical examination is an important means for gastroenterologists, however, lots of medical students are found to be lack of these basic skills during clinical teaching. This report illustrated the main aspects of physical examination by explaining and summarizing cases, and vividly highlighted the importance of “eyes-hands-ears”to doctors, as well as helped medical students to better grasp physical examination of digestive system and put it into clinical applications.
