    摘要:

    由学生转化为教师?由受教育者转化为教育者的高校新教师,能否迅速适应新的工作环境?提高课堂教学质量是涉及新教师自身发展和保证高校教学质量的重要问题?新教师可通过岗前培训调整自己的心态,逐步完成角色转变,适应新的工作环境;在教学导师及其他高年资教师的指导下,尽快了解和掌握本学科教学的一般特点和教学方法?在初次教学过程中,应注意教学内容的精心编排,避免“满堂灌”式的教学方式和过快的授课语速,课后需及时总结教学经验?通过上述实践,新教师可以迅速适应新的教学环境?逐步提高教学质量?

    Abstract:

    Beginning teachers of medical colleges are characterized by the role change from students to teachers. It is important for self-development and improving the teaching quality that beginning teachers accommodate new work environment and improve teaching quality. Beginning teachers should adjust mental attitudes,change roles and accommodate new work environment through pre-job training. Under the guidance of teaching tutors and high qualification teachers,beginning teachers could master the teaching characteristics and methods of self-discipline as soon as possible. For the first time,beginning teachers need to arrange content of courses carefully,avoid the cramming teaching and speaking speed,and promptly summarize after class. Through these endeavors,beginning teachers could accommodate new work environment quickly and improve the teaching quality step by step.
