Mutual blood donation has played a positive role in the security of first aid and clinical blood transfusion. Meanwhile,problems also existed the institutional level and operational level. By explaining the relevants laws and regulations about mutual blood donation,this article analyzes and sums up problems and reasons of mutual blood donation in our country at present,at the same time it puts forward effective solutions to change the confusing situation of blood donation,increase the public awareness of voluntary blood donation and ensure the supply and quality of clinical blood transfusion.
