      近年来护士流失日趋严重,文章采用离职护士数据分析?电话随访的方法,分析南京市某三甲医院2006~2011年护士流失的基本情况和特点,探讨护士流失的主要原因,并提出推行护士分层绩效管理?满足年轻护士心理需求?创造更多学习晋升机会?提高职业地位等建议以解决当前护士流失现象?
英文摘要:
      The outflow of nurses is becoming more and more serious in recent years. The article firstly analyzed the basic situation and characteristics about the nurses’ outflow from 2006 to 2011 of a top tertiary hospital in Nanjing city by using the method of statistic analysis and telephone follow-up, then discussed the main reasons for the loss, at last proposed some suggestions to solve the problem such as proceeding layer-management and performance management, meeting young nurses’ psychological needs, providing more opportunities of learning and advancement, and improving nurses’ professional status.
