Abstract:Soft management serves as one of important methods in human resource management; it can not only promote development of high-level talents’ system, but also cultivate sense of belonging, thus improve hospital’ long-term development. This paper emphasizes the importance of high-level talents in China’s public hospitals, analyzes high-level talents’ underlying characteristics, and explores high-level talents’ recruitment, training and controlling based on practices and experience. In addition, it proposes soft management scientific orientation of high-level talents, and provides a series of suggestions and strategies for high-level talents’ management in public hospital.
