Cancel of the drug price addition and reform of “drug maintaining medicine” are core contents of compensation mechanism reform of public hospitals. This paper used the system dynamics method to analyze the compensation mode and amplitude of fiscal and medical service compensation after cancelling the drug price addition with causal analysis, and discussed the influence to public hospital once there is insufficient compensation or holes in the drug path. In the end, we point out the conclusion.
