Grass-roots unit food safety supervision is the key points and special difficulties and it’s urgent to be solved. At present, there are some problems such as lack of supervision laws and regulations, short of technical support, insufficient supervision team nor personnel incentive mechanism due to various supervision tasks, lack of access to profession and flaws of supervision system. To improve the ability of grass-roots unit food safety supervision is the key to perfect the food supervision “last mile”, it’s need to improve laws and regulations , strengthen food inspection and testing system, improve the supervisor professional qualities, perfect incentive system and promote intelligent supervision.
