Psychological resilience is recently described a psychological factor which impacts the level of hope and quality of life in cancer survivors. This paper viewed the domestic and abroad researches on psychological resilience and discussed the mechanism and measurement methods on patients, which is helpful to provide theoretical basis for the study of clinical psychology.
