Abstract:The?course“ideological?and?moral?cultivation?and?legal?basis”?for?case?teaching?has?the?ideological?and?political?orientation?on?its?content,the?different?levers?on?the?conclusion,and?complicated?selectivity?on?the?form,?which?including?that?teachers?select?cases?for?students?to?study,the?students?summarize?the?cases?for?teachers?to?comment.?The?case?selection?should?adhere?to?three?principles?on?ideology,direction?and?influence.?The?author?considered?that?the?leading?role?of?teachers,convincing?and?diversification?of?cases,initiation?and?creativity?of?students?were?the?major?factors?of?restriction?of?case?teaching,then?indicated?effective?methods?for?optimizing?case?teaching?such?as?reflecting?advanced?concepts?of“research?teaching”,creating?networks?platform,and?improving?the?comprehensive?evaluation?system.
