      患者公众是与医学、医院、医生有相当关系或一定交往的个人、群体或其他组织等多重社会角色的集合。教育患者公众可以有效提升患者公众素质,使患者公众积极主动地参与疾病的诊疗过程中,充分体现一切以患者为先的人文医学理念,对实现和谐的医患关系具有重要意义。通过分析患者伦理素质、心理素质、法律素质、沟通素质等,揭示患者公众教育与医学发展、医疗质量、医患关系、执业环境等存在相关联系。患者公众教育既是提升患者公众素质的教育活动,也是医学人文关怀的重要方式;既是政府为主体的社会管理行为,也是医疗机构的管理工作。通过患者公众教育可以提升患者伦理素质、患者心理素质、患者法律素质、患者沟通素质、患者公众素质,使患者公众积极主动、理性地参与医疗服务,促进医患共同决策,营造良好的医疗服务氛围。
英文摘要:
      Patient public is an individual, group or other organization that has a considerable relationship with medicine, hospitals and doctors. Educating the patient public can effectively improve the quality of the patient public, enable the patient public to actively participate in the diagnosis and treatment process of the disease, fully embody all the humanistic medical concepts of patient first, which is of great significance to the realization of harmonious doctor?patient relationship. The author analyzed the ethical quality, psychological quality, legal quality and communication quality of patients, revealed that public education of patients was an important factor restricting medical development, medical quality, doctor?patient relationship and professional environment. Patient public education is not only an educational activity to improve patients’public quality, but also an important way of medical humanistic care. Patient public education is not only the social management behavior of the government as the main body, but also the management of medical institutions. Through imparting the humanistic medicine knowledge to the public patients, we can improve the ethical quality, psychological quality, legal quality, communication quality and public quality of patients, so that the public of patients can actively and rationally participate in the medical service, promote the joint decision?making of doctors and patients, and create a good medical service atmosphere.
