The purpose of our study is to investigate whether the satisfactory degree of outpatients has been improved in public hospitals of Hefei, Anhui Province under the “registration and consultation time limit” policy, and its influencing factors also analyzed. The data was collected from 7 public tertiary hospitals outpatients in Hefei by questionnaire and analyzed with SPSS 24.0 software by descriptive analysis, univariate analysis, and Logistic regression analysis. The results showed that 53.7% of the respondents indicated that the experience of clinic visiting was improved and the influencing factors including degree of understanding of the policy(P = 0.007), the difficulty of the expert consultation(P <0.001)and attitude changing of the medical staff(P <0.001). In order to improving the patient experience, it is necessary to increase the publicity of the medical reform policy, decrease the difficulty in expert consultation and improve the medical staff courtesy through a variety of ways.
