      收集某三甲中医院2014—2019年中风多专业一体化诊疗平台医疗服务效率及费用控制方面的8项关键指标数据,采用主成分分析法对其效益进行综合评价。综合评价结果由高到低依次是2019年、2018年、2017年、2015年、2016年、2014年,与实际情况基本相符。结合多专业一体化诊疗平台实际情况,提出相应发展建议,通过提高资源利用率和服务效率、坚持公益性、控制费用不合理增长、加强人才队伍建设等途径促进诊疗平台的长效发展。主成分分析法消除了原始指标之间的信息重叠,为多专业一体化诊疗平台提供了较为客观可行的综合评价方法。
英文摘要:
      By collecting 8 key index data of medical service efficiency and cost control of stroke multi professional integrated diagnosis and treatment platform from 2014 to 2019 in a tertiary Grade A Chinese medicine hospital, principal component analysis was used to comprehensively evaluate its benefits. The comprehensive evaluation results from top to bottom are 2019, 2018, 2017, 2015, 2016 and 2014, which are basically consistent with the actual situation. Combined with the actual situation of the multi?disciplinary integrated diagnosis and treatment platform, the corresponding development suggestions are put forward to promote the long?term development of the diagnosis and treatment platform by improving the efficiency of resource utilization and service, adhering to the unreasonable growth of public welfare control costs, strengthening the construction of talent team and other ways. The principal component analysis method eliminates the information overlap between the original indicators, and provides a more objective and feasible comprehensive evaluation method for the multi?disciplinary integrated diagnosis and treatment platform.
