文章以精诚文化为本,构建了医院精诚文化体系框架,通过南京医科大学第二附属医院全面开展医院文化建设的实践,对医院精诚文化体系的不同维度建设进行剖析研究。“精”包括为业“三术”,即技术、学术和艺术,从专业技术观、学术研究观和医学艺术观等三个维度进行阐述;“诚”的要旨在为人“三品”,三个层面体现于品德立人、品行化人和品质引人,从以人为本引导出组织关系的亲和文化,以期提升医院文化内涵,增强职工的文化认同感,以品促术,品术共进。 |

Based on Jing Cheng culture, the research builds the framework of hospital Jing Cheng culture system and analyzes dimensional aspects of the framework through the cultural practice conducted by the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University. “Jing” refers to three “Shu” in daily work such as professional skills, academic research and art. “Cheng” mainly lies in three “Pin” including morality, behavior and quality. People?centered approach calls for affiliation in organizational relations, which can deepen the connotation of hospital culture and enhance employees’ cultural recognition. |
