    摘要:

    食品信息标签是食品安全信息的重要载体,合理规制有助于保障食品安全、促进公共健康。随着《中华人民共和国食品安全法》的出台和相关国家标准的发布,我国食品信息标签法律制度已初步形成,但食品信息标签仍存在信息不完整、理解困难等问题,为食品安全风险埋下隐患,也变相导致了消费者的不合理饮食习惯。应当深刻检视当前我国食品信息标签规制现状,充分反思法律规范的健全程度和监管机构的监管力度,以维护公共健康和消费者知情权为落脚点,寻找符合我国国情的制度优化进路。

    Abstract:

    Food information labels are important carriers of food safety information, and reasonable regulation is helpful to guarantee food safety and promote public health. With the promulgation of the Food Safety Law and relevant national standards, the legal system of food information labeling in our country has taken initial shape. However, there are still problems such as incomplete information and difficulty in understanding food information labeling, which have created soil for food safety risks and indirectly led to unreasonable diet habits of consumers. We shall deeply inspect the current situation of the regulation on food information labels in our country, fully reflect the soundness of laws and regulations and the regulatory efforts of regulatory authorities, and find an approach to system optimization that meets the national conditions of our country with the maintenance of public health and the right to know of consumers as the foothold.
