Traditional Chinese medicine is the precious wealth of the Chinese nation. Under the perspective of “Belt and Road Initiative”, this article analyzes the significance and value of traditional Chinese medicine in “Belt and Road Initiative” construction, which consist in the dissemination of traditional culture, continuation of historical tradition, widening of cultural connotation, reshaping of the concept of health, and alleviating of the pressure of global aging. We share the case of international spread of traditional Chinese medicine, and put forward that to strengthen the international spread of traditional Chinese medicine, we should regarding culture as medium, education as foundation, medicine as body, life as companion. We should promote the influence of Chinese excellent traditional cultural medicine, so that to support the country’s strategy of “Belt and Road Initiative”.
