Abstract:In recent years, the family of C1q/tumor necrosis factor-related protein (CTRP) has attracted more and more attention. This review summarizes the pathophysiological role of CTRP family members in CAD. CTRP family includes CTRP1, CTRP3, CTRP5, CTRP9, CTRP12, and CTRP13. Conclusion: CTRP members can affect the development of CAD by regulating immune inflammation, glucose and lipid metabolism, and endothelial function.
