Abstract:Recent studies have found that long non-coding RNAs (LncRNAs) affect the occurrence and development of tumors by regulating genes related to cell proliferation and apoptosis. LncRNA ZEB2-AS1 regulates various aspects of tumor cell biological behaviors including proliferation, migration, invasion, apoptosis and glycolysis, both in vivo?and in vitro. This review summarizes the research progress of the effect of ZEB2-AS1 on tumor biological behaviors and its working mechanisms, and evaluates whether it can be considered as a therapeutic target and biomarker for tumor diagnosis and prognosis.
