肿瘤患者头孢哌酮和美罗培南药物抗体阳性率及影响因素分析

    目的:探讨头孢哌酮和美罗培南在肿瘤患者中药物抗体产生情况及与患者疾病、性别、年龄等因素的关系,为抗生素合理用药和精准医疗提供依据。方法:采用微柱凝胶法检测501例肿瘤患者使用头孢哌酮和美罗培南后其药物抗体的产生情况,并分析其影响因素。采用SPSS 22.0对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果:肿瘤患者头孢哌酮药物抗体阳性率为30.54%(124/406),美罗培南药物抗体检测阳性率为40.00%(38/95);头孢哌酮和美罗培南药物抗体阳性患者以血液系统疾病为主,阳性率分别为36.43%和40.96%;不同年龄分组的检测结果表明,31-40岁组的头孢哌酮药物抗体阳性率最高,达到70.37%,与其余各年龄组相比显著升高(P<0.01),41-50岁组美罗培南药物抗体阳性率最高,达到86.67%,与其余各年龄组相比显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:肿瘤患者使用头孢哌酮及美罗培南后可诱导机体产生药物抗体,药物抗体的产生与疾病、性别、年龄等因素相关。

    Abstract:

    Objective: To investigate the production of drug antibodies in cancer patients treated with cefoperazone and meropenem, and to provide the basis for rational use of antibiotics and accurate medical treatment. Methods: Microcolumn gel method was used to detect the production of antibodies in 501 cases of cancer patients after using cefoperazone and meropenem and influencing factors were also analyzed. SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the results of the test. Results: The positive rate of cefoperazone drug antibody in cancer patients was 30.54% (124/406), and the positive rate of 40.00% (38/95) for meropenem drug antibody. The cefoperazone and meropenem drug antibody-positive patients were mainly blood system diseases, of which the positive rates was 36.43% and 40.96% respectively. The results of different age groups showed that the positive rate of cefoperazone drug antibody was the highest in 31-40 years old group, reaching 70.37%, which was significantly higher than that of other age groups (P < 0.01). The positive rate of meropenem drug antibody was the highest in 41-50 years old group, reaching 86.67%, which was significantly higher than that of other age groups (P < 0.01). Conclusion: The use of cefoperazone and meropenem in cancer patients could induce drug antibodies and the production of drug antibodies is related to disease, sex, and age.
