Abstract:Coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) can cause fever, fatigue, coughing and sputum, dyspnea, sore throat and other organ system symptoms.During the post pandemic period, the spectrum of post-COVID 19 systemic inflammation syndrome has been widely reported in patients. In severe COVID-19 infection, a strong inflammatory environment may provide a trigger, and the reduction of ACE2 caused by the virus can also cause endothelial dysfunction and angina pectoris in these patients in some cases. We provide a case of angina pectoris that may be related to COVID-19 infection, and provide clinical significance for more patients with COVID-19 infection in the later cardiac rehabilitation.
