    摘要:

    目的:探索建立股骨头缺血性坏死塌陷模型的方法。方法:用液氮将股骨头冷冻坏死,并破坏股骨头基底部的血管和软组织,术后定期摄X线片,并取股骨头内部组织切片了解股骨头坏死及修复情况。结果:术后第3、7和11周组织切片均见股骨头骨坏死,骨修复不明显, 术后X线片可见股骨头骨坏死,但第11周才见股骨头明显塌陷。结论:液氮冷冻并血管破坏可建立典型的犬股骨头缺血性坏死塌陷模型。

    Abstract:

    Objective:To research the method of establishing subsiding model of avascular necrosis of femoral head. Methods: Femoral heads were frozen by liquid nitrogen, and the blood vessel and parenchyma of fundus were destroyed. X-ray and histology examination were made periodically after operation to evaluate osteo necrosis and the subsequent repair. Results:Necrosis of the femoral head was confirmed by histology in the thirty week、the seventh week and the eleventh week after operation, but repairing is not obvious. Radiographic evidence and gross observation showed Necrosis of the femoral head, but obvious subsiding appeared in the eleventh week. Conclusion:The typical animal subsiding model of avascular necrosis of the femoral head can be established with blood vessel destroy and liquid nitrogen freezing.
