      目的:探讨汉防己甲素联合顺铂对小鼠移植性肝癌的抑制效果。方法:建立小鼠移植性肝癌模型,观察汉防己甲素和顺铂处理后各组小鼠移植瘤大小和体重变化。结果:汉防己甲素治疗组具有抑制小鼠移植性肝癌的生长作用,5 mg/kg和10 mg/kg的汉防己甲素治疗组的抑瘤率分别为40.1%和47.2%,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P < 0.05);2.5 mg/kg和5 mg/kg的顺铂治疗组的抑瘤率分别为55.8%和59.9%,而分别联合5 mg/kg的汉防己甲素后抑瘤率为73.6%和81.9%(P < 0.05),分别联合10 mg/kg的汉防己甲素后抑瘤率为82.3% 和91.4%(P < 0.01);同时发现汉防己甲素与顺铂联合应用能增加顺铂的抑瘤率且无明显的毒性反应。结论:汉防己甲素、顺铂对小鼠移植性肝癌生长都有明显的抑制作用;汉防己甲素能增强顺铂的抑瘤作用,与顺铂具有协同抗肿瘤作用。

      Objective:To study the antitumor efficiency of Tetrandrine and Cisplatin on transplanted hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) in mice. Methods:The model of transplanted HCC was established in mice. The tumor volume and weight changes of mice were observed. Results:Tetrandrine could inhibit the growth of the tumor. The inhibition rates were 40.1% and 47.2%, when concentration of Tetrandrine were 5 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg,respectively. The inhibition rates in the two groups were significantly different from that in the control group(P < 0.05). The inhibition rates were 55.8% and 59.9% when the concentration of Cisplatin were 2.5 mg/kg and 5 mg/kg,respectively;however,when combined with 5 mg/kg Tetradrine,the inhibition rates were 73.6%(P = 0.07) and 81.9%(P < 0.05), respectively;when combined with 10 mg/kg Tetrandrine,the inhibition rates were 82.3%(P = 0.06) and 91.4%(P < 0.01). The enhanced anti-cancer efficacy of Cisplatin by Tetradrine was observed in tumor-bearing mice,and had no obvious toxicity reaction. Conclusion:Both Tetrandrine and Cisplatin could inhibit the growth of the transplanted HCC in mice. Tetrandrine could enhance the antitumor effects of Cisplatin. Tetrandrine has synergistic effect with Cisplatin in the treatment of cancer.
