    目的:测定氯苯及其降解中间产物对发光菌的单一毒性以及联合毒性-方法:采用混合毒性指数(MTI)法对联合作用方式进行评价-结果:除了降解中间产物对苯醌毒性比氯苯大得多以外,其他降解中间产物毒性均比氯苯低,未开环的降解中间产物对氯苯酚-对苯二酚和苯酚的毒性比氯苯的毒性均有所降低,并随着Cl的脱除-苯环上OH的减少,毒性呈减弱趋势,苯环开环后的产物有机酸类毒性则更小-结论:氯苯降解过程中的中间产物主要表现为部分相加作用和协同作用-

    Abstract:

    Objective:To study the biotoxicity of chlorobenzene and some of the intermediate products. Methods:Mixture toxicity index(MTI) was used to evaluate the joint toxicity. Results:The results showed that the intermediates para benzoquinone had a higher toxicity, while the toxicity of the other intermediate products was much lower than that of chlorobenzene. The toxicity of intermediate products such as p-chlorophenol, hydroquinone and phenol was all decreased, and with the chloride ion substituted by the OH radicals, the phenyl broke down to the small molecules like organic acids, the toxicity of which was even more lower. Conclusion:The joint effects of the intermediate products were mostly additive action and synergistic action.
