    目的:研究了高频交流电信号对神经动作电位的阻断作用-方法:采用离体的蟾蜍坐骨神经进行实验,对神经施加高频的正弦信号,观察动作电位的幅度和肌肉的状态来确定阻断的效果-结果:在一定频率下,高频正弦信号能完全阻断神经传导,阻断的阈值随阻断信号频率的增加而增加-给肌肉一小段时间高于阻断信号频率的刺激,肌肉对高频信号的强直效应会消失,之后肌肉的收缩也能被高频信号阻断-结论:高频电刺激对神经动作电位阻断作用为临床局麻-镇痛和解痉探索提供了新的依据-

    Abstract:

    Objective:To investigated the blocking effect of high frequency alternating current signal to nerve action potential conduction. Methods:Frog sciatic nerve was dissected out in the experiments. The amplitude of action potential(AP) and the state of muscle during high-frequency sinusoidal stimulation were observed to determine the blocking effect. Results:The results showed that in a certain frequency complete block could be achieved at the threshold. When the stimulation amplitude increased upon threshold, there was no obvious difference in the character of the block. With an increase in frequency, block threshold also increased. The muscle tetanus due to the block frequency stimulation vanished after a short period signals whose frequency was higher than the block frequency were induced. In the following course, the muscle contraction was blocked by high frequency AC signal. Conclusion:Blocking effect of high frequency AC signal to nerve action potential conduction can potentially provide new methods for clinical applications of electrical nerve block in local anesthesia, acesodyne and spasmolysis.
