    目的:观察急性脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平和其他常见危险因素的变化,并探讨它们之间的相关性-方法:测定392例急性脑梗死血清同型半胱氨酸水平,分为高同型半胱氨酸血症脑梗死组(HHcy脑梗死组)88例及同型半胱氨酸正常脑梗死组(nHcy脑梗死组)304例,并将其临床特点-血糖-血脂水平-尿酸水平-D-二聚体及糖化血红蛋白水平特点进行回顾性分析-结果:HHcy脑梗死组患者中男性比例多于nHcy脑梗死组,血清Hcy及糖化血红蛋白水平高于nHcy脑梗死组,梗死面积较nHcy脑梗死组大,且均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)-相关性分析显示Hcy水平分别与尿酸及D-二聚体水平呈正相关(r值为0.144和0.129,P值均 < 0.05)- 结论:高同型半胱氨酸血症脑梗死发病以男性多见,梗死面积较大,且与尿酸及D-二聚体水平相关-

    Abstract:

    Objective:To explore the change and relationship between serum homocysteine level and other common risk in acute ischemic stroke. Methods: According to the level of homocysteine,we divided 392 cases with acute ischemic stroke into two groups:ischemic stroke with hyperhomocysteinemia group (HHcy group,n=88 cases)and ischemic stroke with normal homocysteine level group (nHcy group,n=304 cases). The clinical characteristics,the level of blood glucose,blood lipid,uric acid,D-dimer and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c)were retrospectively analyzed. Results:In the HHcy group,the male patients were more than the nHcy group. The level of serum homocysteine and HbA1c in the HHcy group was higher than the nHcy group,and the infarct size was larger than the nHcy group,all P < 0.05. The result of correlation analysis of serum homocystiene and other common risk factors showed that the level of Hcy was positively related to the level of uric acid and D-dimer.(r:0.144 and 0.129 respectively,all P < 0.05). Conclusions:Ischemic stroke caused by hyperhomocysteinemia is common in men and the infarct size more lager,and correlation to the level of uric acid and D-dimer
