脑小血管病（cerebral small vessel disease，CSVD）是一系列与年龄相关的、涉及多种致病因素的血管性疾病。越来越多的证据表明CSVD与认知功能障碍的发生密切相关，但CSVD及其如何对认知功能产生影响的发病机制尚未明确，目前还没有确定的治疗策略来预防或治疗CSVD。本文结合CSVD的定义与分类、病理生理以及动物模型，对CSVD及相关认知功能障碍的临床研究和治疗进行综述。
Abstract:
Cerebral small vessel disease（CSVD）is a series of age-related vascular disease that involves in a variety of pathologies. Increasing evidence has shown that CSVD is closely related to the occurrence of cognitive function. At present，the pathogenesis of CSVD and how it affects cognition are not yet fully understood，so there are no established treatment strategies for either preventing or treating CSVD. Combining the definition，classification，pathophysiology，and animal models of CSVD，this article reviews the clinical research and treatment of CSVD and related cognitive dysfunction.
