    摘要:

    外科学总论实践教学是培养医学生外科能力的关键环节,是从外科基础理论到外科临床实践的桥梁-为加强实践教学,我们采用新型外总实践教学体系,即以基础型实验为主,增设综合型实验-提高型实验及创新型实验-为规范带教过程,增加了《实践教学过程记录》及《学生实验记录表》,并采用操作讲授-演示-培训及层层过关测试及多站考核(Objective Structured Clinical Examination,OSCE)方法,进行对照研究,并在2006级临床医学各专业中推广及运用,获得良好的教学效果,为医学生外科临床实践打下

    Abstract:

    Basic surgical skill education plays a vital role in training surgical technique of medical students,and also serves as a bridge between surgical textbook and clinical practice. The article adopted a new educational system,which consisted of basic experiments as main body,comprehensive,advanced and innovative experiments as complements,to enhancing practice-based instruction. The authors also added “teaching process record” for teachers and “learning process record” for students,and carried out a control study,which used a method of instruction,demonstration,guidance,assessment and Objective Structured Clinical Examination(OSCE),among students of all the majors in Grade 2006. A satisfied result was attained at last. So it concluded that the method we used could make a great improvement to medical education,not only for surgical training,but also benefit other clinical techniques learning.
