The“heart”path of social psychological adjustment in major public

health events

Abstract：After the occurrence of major public health events，the adjustment of social mentality is of great
significance to maintain social stability，overcome the crisis，and restore social production and life orderly.
Social psychological adjustment needs not only “a small prescription” of individual psychological self
adjustment，but also“a big prescription”of overall social linkage. Based on the idea of“heart”of national
governance in the construction of social psychological service system，this paper put forward the“heart”path of
building social psychological adjustment from five aspects: enhancing the sense of gain，the sense of progress，
the sense of security，the sense of fairness and the sense of belonging of the people.
