    Abstract:

    Long noncoding RNA is a class of non-coding RNA molecules that play an important role in gene regulation.In recent years,the role of micropeptides encoded by lncRNA in tumor biology has gradually attracted attention.Some studies have found that lncRNA-encoded peptides influence the occurrence,development,and metastasis of tumors by participating in various cellular signaling pathways.This review aims to summarize the current research progress on the role of lncRNA-encoded peptides in tumor signaling pathways,explore their potential as biomarkers and therapeutic targets,while also pointing out the limitations of current research and the direction of future studies.
