    Abstract:

Establishing the research model of arterial endothelial cells in vitro. Methods By means of digesting and scraping, fetal bovine arterial endothelial cells were isolated and cultured in M199 (pH7. 0). Results Vascular endothelial cells can be identified by the "cobblestone" on morphology exhibited by confluent monolayers and positive staining for Ⅷ R: Ag. In the absence of vascular endothelial cell growth factor, Ecs were subcultured to the 18th generation at most. Conclusion Now that human arteries are not readily available, the culture of fetal bovine arterial endothelial cells is a good replacement.
