Objective:To analysis and discuss the characteristics of pararenal retroperitoneum Castleman disease(C D).M ethods:Clinical data and imaging findings of 2 cases of pararenal retroperitoneum Castleman disease confirmed by postoperative pathology were retrospectively analyzed in combioned with the relative literature. Results;The two cases had undergone radical operation. No recurments had been observed after 6 to 10 months followed. Conclusion; The diagnosis of CD is difficult. Imaging findings may give Suggestive clue before the operation.Definite clinical di agnosis depends on pathology,and surgery is the first choice.
