    Abstract:

    Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of vertebral artery CTA(VACTA) on the patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type(CSA). Methods:Thirty-two subjects with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were underwent vertebral artery CTA. Three-dimensional post processing were employed and vertebral artery, transverse foramen, Luschka joint and their relationship were observed. Results: Among 32 cases, abnormality of vertebral artery was found in 31 cases, abnormality of transverse foramen was found in 6 cases, hyperplasia of Luschka joint were found in 20 cases. Conclusion:VACTA is one of the most reliable techniques for clinical diagnosis of CSA.
