    Abstract:

Objective:To study the clinical values of coagulation parameters in patients with bone fracture. Methods:PT, APTT, FIB, TT, D-D, AT-Ⅲ, PC in 30 normal people and 34 patients with bone fracture were measured. Results:The levels of PT, APTT, FIB, D-D, AT-Ⅲ and PC of patients were higher than those of normal people. Conclusion:The coagulatior system in patient with bone fracture is changed, and the anti-coagulation ability is enhanced. It is necessary to detect the anti-coagulation parameters such as AT-Ⅲ and PC before operation.
