    Abstract:

    Objective: To investigate the operation skill and effects of extraperitoneal laparoscopic radical prostectomy. Methods: Laparoscopic radical prostectomy was performed extraperitoneally in 11 cases of prostate cancer. Results: All of 11 cases of operation got success ful. The mean time of the operations was 210 min. The blood loss was 320 ml. One case of massive hemorrhage resulted from retropubic venous plex bleeding. Another case of bleeding located in, inferior abdominal wall artery. Urine exosmosis was observed in 2 patients. Conclusion:Extraperitoneal laparoscopic radical prostectomy is as effective was observed as open operative method.
