    Abstract:

Objective:To evaluate the value of three-dimensional time of flight MR angiography(3D TOF MRA) and three-dimensional dynamic contrast-enhanced MR angiography(3D CE-MRA) in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases. Methods:Total of 150 cases underwent 3D TOF MRA, and 9 cases underwent 3D CE-MRA. Gd-DTPA(0.2 mmol/kg) was chosen as comparing agent. The source images were subtracted and recontructed. Normol scanning included transverse T1WI and T2WI, sagittal T1WI. Results:In 150 cases, 56 were normal, and 46 presented with ateriosclerosis and vaso-occlusive, 22 with aneurysms, 21 with AVM, 3 with trauma carotid-cavemuou fistula(TCCF), 2 with moyamoya. Conclusion:3D TOF MRA and 3D CE MRA are fast, non-invasive and effective techniques, and can accurately diagnose cerebrovascular diseases. They can provide overall information for treatment planning and can be used as the first choice for the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases.
