Objective：To observe the near future curative effect and quality of life of patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma（DLBCL） treated with alternate half-body irradiation combined with R-CHOP. Methods：Ｔhe near future curative effect, quality of life and adverse reaction of three patients with DLBCL treated with alternate half-body irradiation combined with R-CHOP were evaluated. Results：The near future curative effect of patient has upgrade tendency and there was no obviously adverse reaction. Conclusion：The project of alternate half-body irradiation combined with R-CHOP to treat DLBCL has effect on apparente synergia and attenuation and could improve the patient’s quality of life.
