Objective：To investigate the effect of prograf on remnant hepatocellular carcinoma cells in the liver receptors after liver transplantation for liver cancer, and to instruct the anti-rejection drug selection. Methods：MTT assay，RT-PCR and Western blot were used to examine the expression of c-met and TGF-α in the hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2 cultured in vitro. Results：The expression of c-met and TGF-αin prograf group（at concentration of 5 μg／L） was much lower than that in the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion：Prograf can inhibit the proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma cell.
