    Abstract:

Objective:To investigate the effect of prograf on remnant hepatocellular carcinoma cells in the liver receptors after liver transplantation for liver cancer, and to instruct the anti-rejection drug selection. Methods:MTT assay,RT-PCR and Western blot were used to examine the expression of c-met and TGF-α in the hepatocellular carcinoma cell line HepG2 cultured in vitro. Results:The expression of c-met and TGF-αin prograf group(at concentration of 5 μg/L) was much lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Prograf can inhibit the proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma cell.
