Objective:To make a comprasion in surgical stress between laparotomy and transanal pull-throug operation on Hischs-prung-蒺s disease(HD) in children. Methods:Thirty patients were randomly divided into laparotomy group(n=15) and transanal pull-through group(n=15). The blood was collected in the morning before operation, 24 and 72 h postoperation. Plasma levels of IL-6 were determined by ELISA,and C-reaction protein(CRP) levels were measured by immune rate nephelometry. Methods:The statistical difference before and after surgery was analyzed by SPSS software. Results:There were significant difference in plasma levels of IL-6 and CRP before and after surgery(P < 0.05). The transanal pull-through group showed lower level of IL-6 and CRP on 24 and 72 h postoperation than laparotomy group(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Transanal pull-through operation causes less surgical stress than laparotomy on HD.
