Objective:To build a set of indexical system which can be applied to the three stages of selection,examination and acceptance in the evaluation of key clinical disciplines construction in small and medium hospitals. Methods:Based upon typical investigation, such methods as systematical analysis and brain storm were used to establish the first draft of evaluation indexical system. Then specialist consulting method was used to perfect it. Results:The evaluation system was composed of 5 first-degree criteria,22 second-degree quantified criteria with illustration of the evaluation system and weights. Conclusion:The evaluation system of key clinical disciplines construction in small and medium hospitals was constructed successfully.
