Objective:To analyze the infection of rotavirus, astrovirus, enteral adenorirus in infantile diarrhea. Methods:From October,2006 to March,2007,a total of 182 children under 5 years of age hospitalized for acute watery diarrhea were enrolled in this study. Stool specimen was collected from each patient. The method of gold colloid device was used to detect rotavirus angiten. The specimins were tested for astrovirus angiten and enteral adenorirus angiten by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results:Among 182 cases, the detection rate of rotavirus angiten was 35.2%(64/182), and the astrovirus angiten was 5.5%(10/182),Four samples were infected with rotavirus and astrovirus at the same time. The detection rate of enteral adenorirus angiten 3.3%(6/182), and 2 samples were infected with rotavirus and enteral adenorirus. Conclusion:Rotavirus is still the major etiologic agents of acute infantile diarrhea in winter. Astrovirus is the second important agent of viral diarrhea in infants, and mixed infection still exist.
