    Abstract:

Objection:To investigate the significance of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in quantitative diagnosis of liver cirrhosis. Methods:Rabbits models with liver cirrhosis of different stages were successfully made by feeding them with thioacetamide solution. And a self-comparison method was adopted in the trial. The hepatic artery to vein transit time(HA-VTT) was taken as the parameter for evaluation. Results:The rabbit liver cirrhosis model was successfully constructed by thioacetamide treatment. And the HA-VTT had significant changes in cirrhotic rabbit livers. Conclusion:The thioacetamide should be a good agent to make cirrhosis models. And HA-VTT might be an important approach for the quantitative evaluation of liver cirrhosis.
