    Abstract:

Objective:To analyze the CT indicating features of hepatic high perfusion disorders at the hepatic arterial phase during the MSCT 3-phases liver scanning and the relationship with fundamental diseases, and discuss the mechanism. Methods:One thousand one hundred and forty-eight cases were conducted with CT plain scanning at the hepatobiliary region. After the contrast injection at the elbow vein, the 3-phases scanning,i.e. arterial, portal venous and balance phase, was conducted at the time of 25 s,60 s and 180 s, respectively. Results:One hundred and fifty cases of hepatic high perfusion disorders were found at the arterial phase and the abnormal shape of wedge, triangle, block or irregular of uniform high density. Most of high perfusion disorders appeared at the edge of the liver. Part of them was still shown slightly high density at the portal venous phase, and they appeared equal-density at the balance phase. Conclusion:MSCT 3-phases enhancement scanning is the best method for studying the hepatic high perfusion disorders at present. It is capable of avoiding the false positive and false negative diagnosis of liver tumors and other diseases and exaggerating the sizes of liver lesions. It is helpful to determine the condition and prognosis of some diseases.
