Objective:Breast-conserving therapy has been one of the important operation therapies for breast carcinoma in early stage. This article discussed the therapeutic manner and clinical prognosis of canonical breast-conserving therapy. Methods:41 patients with breast carcinoma,Ⅰstage with 17 cases,Ⅱ stage with 23 cases, Ⅲstage with 1 cases,who underwent canonical breast-conserving therapy, postoperative radiotherapy, chemotherapy , endocrinotherapy and targeted therapy were followed up ranging from 6 to 27 months and observed for the clinical curative effect. Results:up to now, the local recurrent rate and distant metastasis rate is zero,the patients are satisfied with their self-image. Conclusion:the canonical breast-conserving therapy is relative to the control of local recurrent rate-perfect hairdressing effect and the long-survival rate.
