    Abstract:

Objective:To study the effects of β2AdR-blockers on the differentiation and proliferation of osteoblasts deprived from rats stimulated by estrogen. Methods:Put β2AdR-blockers at different concentrations into the second filter generation osteoblasts medium containing estrogen, after culturing 3-6-9-12 days, examining the alkaline phosphatase level of the osteoblasts by PNPP method and the content of the osteocalcin besides the growth rate of the osteoblasts by RI. Results:The β2AdR-blocker increases the alkaline phosphatase(ALP) level and the level of growth rate of osteoblasts significantly, especially at the concentrations of 10-5 and 10-6 mol/L. but doesn’t increase the content of osteocalcin. Conclusion:The β2AdR-blocker can enhance the dalivery and the proliferation of osteoblasts deprived from rats stimulated by estrogen significantly.
