Abstract:objective:to study the qualitative and quantitative methods of single herb in anti-virus oral liquid,and improve the quality standard of anti-virus oral liquid. Methods:on qualitative study,fructus forsythiae,rhizoma anemarrhenaeand and rhizoma acori tatarinowii were identified by thin-layer chromatography(tlc),and herba pogostemonis,radix rehmanniae were also studied. On quantitative study,the method of high performance liquid chromatography (hplc) for determination of phillyrin in anti-virus oral liquid was established. Results:rhizoma anemarrhenae,rhizoma acori tatarinowii and fructus forsythiae can be identified by tlc. The average recovery of phillyrin was 99.42%,rsd =1.75%. Conclusion:the method is simple,accurate and specific,and can be used for the quality control of anti-virus oral liquid.
